Muslim Employment Charter (MEC) Qays Sediqi About Diversity & Inclusion | Ask Founders Series 1

In the first episode of the Ask Founders Series, hosted by Didi Ogbo, we welcomed Qays Sediqi, a Human Rights lawyer, and the Ambassador of the Muslim Employment Charter (MEC) and Sara Maghouz who is a Trainee Solicitor at Dragon Argent.

We had a great conversation with Qays about why MEC was founded and how it is helping employees and employers better accommodate the needs of Muslim professionals in the workplace.
