Workshop Invitation: The Importance of Enterprise Value (EV) and How to Build it
Do any of the below statements apply to you?
I am in the early, startup phase of building a business
I am trying to scale an established business
I am working towards an exit
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, Dragon Argent would like to invite you to attend an online workshop for founders and management teams on "How to Build Enterprise Value". (Wednesday March 30th at 1pm.)
Watch the complimentary online workshop here.
What is Enterprise Value: Enterprise Value (EV) is a measure of a company’s total value. It takes more than simply revenue or net profit into account, analysing the business holistically and all the factors that drive value, crucially in the same way an external investor or potentially acquirer would.
The factors that drive enterprise value will be specific to each business and the market they operate in and must be built from the ground up. Even when they have been identified, it requires a committed ongoing effort to mitigate their risk or maximise their value.
Workshop Topics
What is Enterprise Value and Why is it Important?
When to think about Enterprise Value
Enterprise Value as a Framework for Growth
The Drivers of Enterprise Value
Realising Enterprise Value: Exits & Disposals
Why is it important: Value is not determined by revenue or profit alone and to build holistic value, founders and executive teams need a bespoke plan that focuses on a number of key criteria throughout the life of the business.
What are the benefits: Create a bespoke plan that compounds value over the lifespan of a business, removing assumption led thinking around how external stakeholders might value your business and mitigate factors that can impact value at a liquidity event like an investment round or exit.
This is a unique session that will provide holistic advice across the finance, corporate and legal considerations of scaling valuable businesses and is a must attend for any ambitious startup founders and management teams !
