CACY NEILSON
Head of Employment and Legal Operations
Cacy joined Dragon Argent in 2021 and previously trained and qualified at a Legal and Accountancy firm in central London. Cacy is an Employment Solicitor and GDPR Practitioner who has expertise in advising international businesses on their UK set-up and assisting private SME's on various general employment matters including drafting employment contracts, director service agreements, settlement agreements, and company policies and procedures, and has extensive experience in dealing with day-to-day employer HR support through to advising on contentious and non-contentious employment disputes. Her experience allows her advice to be balanced with the realities of running a business and not just meeting the law.
When not working, Cacy can be found training for her next marathon or running the streets of London in search of the next best wine bar.
Learner
People who are exceptionally talented in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and continuously improve. Instinctively, they dedicate themselves to acquiring knowledge and gaining skills. Seeing links between actions and results makes Cacy ideally suited to Employment Law, and spending considerable time examining details allows Cacy to apply her high level of knowledge and skill to all the work she carries out.
